Information You Actively Provide:
Pet Profile Information: Pet nickname, species, breed, birthday, weight, and photos you enter
Health and Activity Records: Events you log, such as pet appetite, mood, vaccination/deworming dates, and baths.
Automatically Collected Information:
Device Information: To ensure proper app functionality, we collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., identifiers generated by Apple systems).
Usage Data: We anonymously collect aggregated data on feature usage frequency, error reports, and similar metrics to improve the app.
Information Synced via iCloud: To provide cross-device synchronization, your pet profiles, health records, and calendar events stored in the app will be encrypted and synced using Apple's iCloud service. This process is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Create and manage personalized health profiles for your pets.
Provide in-app health calendars, reminders, and trend charts.
Send you health event reminders via local push notifications based on your custom settings (you may disable these notifications anytime in your system settings).
Synchronize your data across different iOS/iPadOS devices via iCloud.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, and improve the app's overall performance and functionality.
Fulfill our legal obligations when required by law.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or pet data.
We disclose information only under the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We rely on a few third-party services (such as mobile analytics platforms) to assist with operations. These providers may access data solely to assist us and are bound by strict contractual agreements.
Legal Requirements: If we believe it is necessary to comply with U.S. federal, state, or local laws, regulations, legal processes, or government mandates.
Business Transfers: Your information may be transferred as part of a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition.

All data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption technologies during transmission via iCloud and while at rest.
We retain your information for as long as your account exists or you continue using our services. You may permanently delete pet profiles and all records within the app. You may also delete the app from your device settings, which will clear local data from your device. For managing iCloud data, please follow Apple's relevant policies.
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app as an updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
